Meredith Stiehm (President, Writers Guild of America-West)
In this episode Chase Griffin is joined by one of the most powerful people in Hollywood, Meredith Stiehm, the President of the Writer’s Guild of America West. Meredith was selected to the Variety 500 list for being one of the most influential people in Hollywood. She was writer, and executive producer of Homeland (on Showtime) —and won Emmy, Golden Globe, Writers Guild, and Peabody Awards. Meredith was also the co-creator and executive producer of The Bridge (on FX), winner of a 2013 Peabody Award; and creator and executive producer of the hit drama series Cold Case on CBS. Prior to starting her illustrious Hollywood career, Meredith was a varsity tennis college athlete at Penn.
